Your Mission:
As part of the Enterprise Business Digital Transformation team, this exciting position allows you to support various high-profile programs in a challenging, fast-paced, and secure environment. Were seeking a finance professional with expertise in procurement and governance of Lockheed Martin hardware and software. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, develop software license sharing initiatives, and maximize Classified IT service effectiveness through strong communication and project management skills.
Daily activities include but are not limited to
o Responsible for purchases initiated by team requirements, including cloud hosting, networking, encryption, and client devices. This includes:
o Initiate the purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to IT Asset Management (ITAM)
o Coordinating purchases through the P2P Marketplace
o Managing PCard purchases for small-dollar items not available in the P2P Marketplace
o Ensuring maintenance and license continuity by monitoring performance periods and collaborating with teams and vendors for renewals
o Preparing Capital Expenditure Request (CER) documentation for finance capital approval
o Coordination of acquisition and provisioning of SW requirements for BA programs on the Enterprise classified networks, acquisition, and provisioning of software (including Engineering, Finance, and Planning tools) within Business Areas (BAs), as outlined in the Cost Allocation Matrix. This involves:
o Reviewing software requirements with IT Operations teams to determine deployment responsibilities
o Collaborating with BA tools teams for software acquisition
o Managing contracts for the enterprise security suite of tools
o Responsible for the establishment of the Classified IT License Sharing Initiative (cLSI). This includes:
o Serving as the overall program management for implementation of Enterprise classified license sharing
o Coordination point between MFC cLSI and BA classified network

This role works a 4x10 schedule, giving you every Friday off, and is a fully remote position. Work may include some off-shift hours, weekends, and occasional travel.
Basic Qualifications:
o In-depth knowledge of financial processes, such as P2P (Procure 2 Pay), POs, PRs, etc
o Knowledge of Information Technology support and functions
o Knowledge of procurement principles
o Attention to detail is critical
o Strong and effective team player with demonstrated ability to communicate in a virtual team environment
o Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team to develop and maintain technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems consistent with organizational objectives and compliant with processes and procedures

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
