The Counterintelligence Analyst responsibilities include:

- Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open-source information.
- Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. - Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
- Advises and supports management and cleared employees with guidance of security policies, and evaluating counterintelligence and insider threat-related issues.
- Determines need for investigation of counterintelligence concerns and either coordinates investigative action or in some circumstances conducts investigation.
- Conducts and supports thorough and timely investigations within the LM Corporate and LM Space Business Area guidelines. The investigations will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws, orders, rules, regulations and ordinances, Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with a variety of internal customers/stakeholders as well as government customers and industry partners.
- Provides timely guidance to management and employees on counterintelligence related matters.
- Identifies emerging trends and patterns and conduct comprehensive threat analysis and interpretation for potential investigative follow-up.
- Supports internal administrative processes and procedures that allow for data intake, processing, accountability, and archive.
- Documents all case investigations and contacts within the COMET database per corporate and business area guidelines.
- Develops and delivers education, training materials, and employee communications and conducts outreach to reinforce the Counterintelligence mission.
- Develops and monitors key measurements of programs, analyzes program activity/trends, and presents reports to senior management.
- Assesses new vendors for the Space Business Area supply chain for various risk factors.
- Documents and presents findings to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
- Counterintelligence experience, including analysis
- Experience briefing stakeholders, preparing presentation materials and intelligence reports
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, influence, counsel, mediate and provide guidance and direction in sensitive situations
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of classification guides.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and other related computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-starter and driven
- Investigative report writing experience
- Experience interacting with all levels of employees and management
- Experience with Data Analytics

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
