Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Executive Assistant to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Assist in editing/preparing responses to DSS Taskers.
- Research assigned topics and prepares special reports and findings.
- Screen/distribute materials to appropriate staff and assign taskers.
- Review cables and assign taskers within division as appropriate.
- Edit trend analyses, threat analyses and impact studies.
- Arrange assigned schedules.
- Travel preparations.
- Meeting support.
- Timekeeping.
- Passport and visa processing.
- Document management. Database service.
- Serve as an administrative backup when needed for senior offices.
- Must be proficient in the use of current Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel), and current SharePoint application.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus in management or business administration and five to seven years’ experience. Experience can be substituted for educational requirements if experience is at the executive level for more than 10 years.
- Must possess strong customer relations experience and experience working/interacting with senior management.
- Possess a solid working knowledge of Time and Attendance; DSS Tasker Log; /E2 Solutions, and current Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and current SharePoint application. Proficient written/verbal communication
skills. - Must have a Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret and/or SCI.
