Role PurposeAccountable for supporting and executing strategic and event planning by ensuring the plan is according to business and Senior Management objective
Key AccountabilityAssist in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, conducting research and analysis to assess their alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with the team to develop partnership strategies and assist in negotiating agreements that benefit all parties involved.Support the team in maintaining regular communication with strategic partners, ensuring strong relationships are fostered.Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, and networking events, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site support.Work closely with the spaneting and communications teams to develop event content, promotional materials, and spaneting initiatives.Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of partnerships and events, gathering data to measure ROI and provide insights for future decision-making.Stay updated on industry trends, spanet developments, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership and event opportunities.Collaborate with senior team members to support the overall strategic direction for the companys partnership and event initiatives.Assist and support the manager of existing partnerships and sponsorship to ensure that they are meeting the organizations needsQualifications & Working ExperienceBachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in related industry and event planningArea of ExperienceProven experience in strategic partnership development and event planningKnowledge of event planning and management best practicesProficiency in using Microsoft Office and event management softwareAwareness of industry trends and an eagerness to stay updated with spanet developmentsProficiency in ticketing and knowledge in ticketing jargons.Personality TraitsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skillsPassion for learning and developing skills in partnership, spaneting and event managementStrong attention to detailPassionate about organisations goalsA great team player with positive mind, creative and an innovative thinker
