Job Description:
Job Title: FHS Shipment Analyst
Location: Campinas, Brazil
Reporting Structure: Functionally reports to SMROS Supply Chain Organisation in Toulouse, France; Operationally reports to the Head of FHS Americas in Miami, USA.
SMROS is responsible for management of the FHS Component Supply Chain activities, the monitoring of the associated performance, all improvement action plans, definition of fixes and the monitoring of their implementation / effectiveness.
Role Summary:
The FHS Local Logistics Officer will manage local logistics activities related to component supply for our FHS customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aircraft Removal Monitoring: Track each component removal from aircraft and perform necessary actions before shipment.
- Verify removal data and ensure consistency between the FHS Portal and the Customer MIS.
- Update the Aircraft Configuration in AMASIS.
- Review potential supply chain issues and, in certain cases, request shipment holds pending resolution with the customer.
- Warehouse Management Support: Review FHS Warehouse activities and resolve any blockages related to AZUL, collaborating with the Customer and FCO as needed.
- Customer Logistics Intervention:
- Review all component removals before parts reach the customer&39;s outgoing goods area.
- Intercept parts and gather their history from the customer.
- Perform basic quality checks.
- Oversee the segregation of Airbus FHS spares in the customer warehouse in coordination with their personnel.
- Validate that the physical part matches removal data and confirm the presence of required documentation (e.g., Post Flight Report, Unserviceable tag).
- Ensure AMASIS accurately reflects part removal/installation data, resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage the return of parts to the appropriate FHS warehouse (DN-R).
- Confirm part shipment with the customer upon completion of all preceding tasks.
- Projects and Operations:
- Provide daily updates (frequency to be determined) to Toulouse on backlogs and issues.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and implement PPS (Practical Problem Solving) as required.
- Assist in the implementation of process changes, new processes, or new IT tools (updating documentation, providing explanations, and offering process/tool refreshers).
- Identify and implement local improvement projects in collaboration with local and regional teams.

- Monitoring and improving a complex supply chain with diverse stakeholders.
- Interacting effectively within the airline customer&39;s local supply chain and organizing tasks accordingly.
- Maintaining flexibility in work hours to accommodate meetings with colleagues in Asia and Europe.
- Managing daily issues with customers while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Ensuring meticulous organization and efficiency in all tasks to maintain a smooth supply chain, considering all customer component removals and data quality complexities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor&39;s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Experience: Ideally 3-4 years of experience in warehousing/logistics or MRO.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage and software, with good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Familiarity with MIS (Maintenance Information Systems) is advantageous.
- Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of logistic operations and component repair.
- Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Work Style: Autonomous, flexible, and structured.
- Communication Skills: Good presentation and communication skills for interacting with customers and reporting to the FHS team.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with multiple data sources and adhere to short deadlines; root cause analysis and synthesis skills.
- Language Skills: Mandatory Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Learning Ability: Quick learner.
