Our HR Service Centre serves as the primary support function for our easyJet employees, addressing their HR and Pay-related inquiries. It serves as the initial point of contact for all employees seeking assistance. The dedicated team is entrusted with ensuring the precise and punctual delivery of employee contracts and letters, inputting employee change data into our HR System (Workday), and managing various administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
What youll be doing
The HR Administrator who will report to the HRSC Admin & Contracts Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, comprehensive, and professional administrative support to both internal and external customers. This includes tasks such as handling high-volume document production (e.g., contracts of employment, offer letters, changes in terms and conditions, and references), managing and completing incoming document production tasks from the HRSC and People Team Helpdesk, performing daily administration routines as per the Weekly Routine Planner, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of HR systems and databases, and fulfilling any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of HR Services or Service Performance Lead. Your commitment to excellent customer service will be essential in this role.
What youll bring to the team
The key skills required for this role include previous experience in an HR environment, familiarity with working with a case management system, understanding of a high-volume operational business, knowledge of easyJet and HR systems, ability to work effectively across different levels and functions of the organization, capability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrated methodical and organized approach to work, ability to remain composed under pressure, professional and customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, diplomacy, and sensitivity when handling confidential matters and information, excellent numerical and verbal/written communication skills, and a high level of IT literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
