The Enterprise Research and Development Planning Team is hiring an Integrated Program Planner IV to support the IGNITE Organization & IRAD Project Execution. IGNITE is responsible for the research and development of new technologies. IGNITE performs game-changing research, develops ground-breaking products for internal and external sale, and accelerates technology development at an unheard-of rate for Space. The organization has been charged with removing the barriers to innovation and change to become a more competitive and cost-effective company. It will push the boundaries of possibility, experiment with new ways of completing the mission, and develop products and technologies years ahead of our current operations. Your Mission: As our program Planner you will:

• Provide oversight of planning operations & standards

• Maintain Master Schedules for critical IRAD Projects

• Provide backup planning support for NASA program.

• Support a cross-functional team across the enterprise to ensure successful program execution and performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system and baseline control

• Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels, including Program Finance, Program Management, and Functional Leaders

Our level 4 employees typically have 9-15 years of experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Highlands Ranch, CO facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan (preferred)

• Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration

• Due to programs being supported, U.S. citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline

• Earned Value certification

• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance

• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development

• Experience with OnePager or Milestones Pro

• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers

• Demonstrated team building skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills will be critical for success.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
