Summary and Objective
Responsible for executing and overseeing various spaneting activities including social media management, email spaneting campaigns, graphic design, and copywriting. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving results.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Create, schedule, and publish content on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices.
- Monitor social media accounts for comments and follow company procedure when a response is required.
- Plan, create, and execute email spaneting campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional emails.
- Work with internal teams to ensure brand and product consistency.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific audience segments.
- Monitor email performance metrics, optimize open and click-through rates, and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Design visually appealing spaneting collateral, including digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all design materials.
- Stay current with design software and industry trends to produce high-quality visuals.
- Write persuasive and compelling copy for spaneting materials, including website content, blog posts, product descriptions, and social media captions.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with the content team to generate creative ideas for blog articles, videos, and other content that aligns with spaneting goals.
- Assist in content production by providing input and supporting content creators.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to perform consistently in a continuous fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in social media management, email spaneting, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to complete and maintain records.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with email spaneting platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment
- Typical office and computer lab environment with frequent interruptions.
- Exposure to loud noises including but not limited to airplane machinery and jet engines.

- Ability to see and hear clearly
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to frequently lift and pull objects weighing up to 30 pounds
