Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for resource allocation and production efficiency? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Production Planner to play a key role in optimizing production schedules, materials, and resource planning. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to maximizing operational efficiency and meeting production goals.
What Youll Be Doing
Develop and maintain efficient production schedules that ensure optimal utilization of resources and personnel.
Analyze and integrate ERP system requirements to manage complex production timelines effectively.
Establish workflow sequences and machine layouts to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust schedules and priorities as needed.
Communicate clearly and persuasively across various organizational levels to drive planning initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $39.88 per hour
