The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Air Dominance (AD), MQ-25 Advanced Team in Hazelwood, MO is looking to hire a Senior Systems Design Analyst (level 4 or 5) to lead technical integration efforts in support of the transition from MQ-25 Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) to Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). The MQ-25 Program is the future of autonomous aircraft carrier aviation for the US Navy!
The Systems Design Analyst will report to the MQ-25 Advanced / LRIP Chief Engineer. The successful candidate will be part of our MQ-25 Advanced / LRIP Team, working across both hardware and software development and integration efforts aligned with MQ-25 program growth strategies. The successful candidate will offer subject matter expertise (SME) across one or more of the following areas, and will collaborate with other SMEs to develop MQ-25 solutions across these areas:
Boeing Production System
Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Engineering
Trade Studies, Value Stream Mapping, Analysis of Alternatives
Affordability and Producibility improvement efforts
Manufacturing Readiness Level maturation
Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development and execution
Cross Functional / IPT collaboration of complex systems
Engineering Tools & Process improvements
This dynamic role will work with empowered teams in a collaborative environment with other IPTs and the US Navy customer.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Levels 4 and Level 5 Systems Design Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
Understand customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance
Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
Integrates technical parameters and assures compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces
Collaborative technical execution of projects across program & capability teams
Resolve cross-functional technical issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience with Systems Engineering
7+ years of experience with Production Engineering
Experience with integration of complex systems
7+ years of experience working with multi-disciplined technical teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
5+ years of experience with implementing Affordability & Producibility projects
5+ years of experience developing and integrating complex engineering changes
Typical Education/Experience:
(Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years related work experience, Master+7 years related work experience, 13 years related work experience, etc.).
(Level 5)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years related work experience, Master+12 years related work experience, 18 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for (level 4): $113,900 - $154,100
Summary pay range for (level 5): $136,000 - $184,000
