• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning measurement strategy, including dashboards and reporting tools, to assess training effectiveness, ROI, and impact on business outcomes.
• Organize and maintain reporting on learning initiatives to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with workforce planning, recruiting, and delivery teams to design and execute training readiness plans for high-volume roles.
• Manage the training team’s budget and budget planning process, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to build and architect foundational systems and processes for training analytics, qualification tracking, and reporting.
• Track and report on team member qualifications for required roles, ensuring processes are in place to prevent unqualified assignments.
• Review and analyze stakeholder and learner survey data to identify training gaps, and provide actionable insights to inform continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that communicate training insights, effectiveness, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with airport and cargo leaders, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement to support training effectiveness and impact.
