The Sr. HR Solutions Analyst primarily performs advanced systems analysis and system related testing and configurations for non-core HR applications.

•    Configure systems to ensure operational efficiency and accurate processing.
•    Perform analyses and audits to ensure external and internal system compliance. Research and resolve complex deviations.
•    Make recommendations for process and system improvements within HR, Finance and Business Systems.
•    Collaborate with external and internal business partners to review, implement and test system enhancements.  
•    Manage service tickets with Managed Service Provider
•    Write techno-functional requirements and test plans for HR systems and/or time & labor system changes and projects.
•    Lead system testing for all changes and enhancements for HR systems and/or time & labor system.
•    Train staff on systems.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
•    Coordinate testing and implementation of system releases 
•    Provide support to internal team regarding system functionality and deviations.
•    Prepare adhoc reports for internal stakeholders.

Preferred:  Bachelor’s Degree

7-10 years of related experience in HR and/or HR related systems

•    Inductive and deductive reasoning abilities
