We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand and forecast for programs in our Electronic Systems business segment. As a Master Scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with program management, engineering, supply chain and operations to develop, manage and report production schedules and allocations. In this role youll also provide mentoring on scheduling and planning practices for production planners. Job Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in schedule analytics, planning methods and best practices
Resolve schedule issues efficiently
Perform demand and forecast management practices to align needs with
Analyze schedules and ensure they accurately represent contractual scope, flow, and resources required to execute the program
Monitor and improve planning and scheduling processes and procedures
Analyze operational health metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Create and execute demand and forecast models for sustainment programs
Manage program allocations and contract requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Required Education/Experiences:
4 years experience in scheduling or planning within a manufacturing operation, or other similar experience
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or other related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in planning, developing, baselining and tracking schedules
Ability to interpret and present schedule performance to Senior Leadership team (e.g. schedule variance, SPI, milestone burndown, plan vs actual, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills & ability to interface effectively and efficiently across the organization.
Experience with schedules in an MRP/ERP environment in Oracle or other related systems
Proficiency in MS Office How We Care

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is
$85,900 - $129,700 per year.
