Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob DescriptionThis role involves the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems in General Aviation aircraft. You will work with systems such as Garmin, King, S-TEC autopilot systems, PSI Engineering intercom systems, Dynon, and Advanced Systems.
Responsibilities- Install full system avionic systems, primarily Garmin, and also King, S-TEC autopilot systems, PSI Engineering intercom systems, Dynon, and Advanced Systems.
- Build harnesses for all avionic systems from Garmin, King, S-TEC autopilot, Dynon, and intercom systems.
- Remove outdated avionic systems and integrate current aviation systems into aircraft.
- Perform VFR and IFR tests.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of system installation and basic harness build experience.
- Experience with Garmin systems.
- Eligible for FAA DOT safety sensitive hire.
- Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, wiring, and bench repair of avionics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Garmin experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with airframe and electrical systems.
