Job Title: Electronic Test Technician Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electronic Test Technician to support the testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and wiring on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role is critical to ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of aerospace and defense electronic systems.
Shift and Pay:
2nd shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm 3:15- 12:30 am (Monday - Friday) off every other Friday
Pay: 27-33/ based on skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and in-circuit testing of electronic components and assemblies on PCBs.
- Inspect and verify wiring, solder joints, and component placement using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults.
- Document test results, failures, and rework actions in accordance with quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve test processes.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled setting, sitting at a workbench alongside other assemblers. The department consists of 50 members specializing in mechanical and electrical assembly. The position offers a 9/80 schedule with shifts available from Monday to Friday, from 3:15pm to 12:45am for 2nd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
