Job Title: Electronics Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Electronics Technicians to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility, specializing in avionics and electronics. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in avionics/electronics or have recently graduated from trade school.
Responsibilities
- Perform component-level repairs and bench work in avionics and electronics.
- Execute troubleshooting and critical thinking tasks to solve electrical system issues.
- Conduct overhaul, installation, and repair tasks using industry standards and procedures.
- Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Utilize soldering skills, including thru-hole and surface mount techniques, to complete electronic repairs and assemblies.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 2 years experience in avionics/electronics or recent graduation from trade school.
- Bench experience in electrical or aviation fields.
- Proficiency in component-level repair and bench technician roles.
- Strong quality and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and excellent troubleshooting/critical thinking skills.
- Ability to solder effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of Bench Avionics and Avionics Installations.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul techniques.
- Experience with Bendix King, Cobham, Siemens components.
- Understanding of IPC 610, IPC 620, and J Standard soldering.
- Preferred: FAA-Certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
