Execute senior-level circuit card design responsibilities for the Command Launch Assembly Carrier Card Assembly team supporting precision engagement systems within Missiles & Fire Control. Own end-to-end hardware development activities from requirements definition through schematic, layout, validation, and environmental qualification. Coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts to deliver production-ready electronic assemblies meeting performance, integration, and reliability standards.

* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field from an accredited university
* 3+ years of experience in circuit design engineering or a related discipline
* Demonstrate circuit card design, integration, and test experience for digital electronics, power electronics, analog/mixed-signal, or FPGA-based processor boards
* Utilize Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent for schematic capture
* Apply Cadence PSpice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis
* Leverage Mentor Graphics HyperLynx or equivalent for signal integrity analysis
* Perform development and refinement of system, performance, interface, and environmental requirements for circuit card designs
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience with MFC circuit card design processes and the Design Assurance process
* MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704 military standards and specifications exposure
* Xilinx/AMD FPGA families (UltraScale, Versal) familiarity
* High-speed design exposure including PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, SERDES, or DDR4/5 memory interfaces
* MATLAB usage for analysis and simulation
* MOSA (Modular Open Systems Architecture) and WOSA (Weapon Open Systems Architecture) familiarity
* CAMEO or equivalent requirements management tool usage
* Rigid-flex circuit card design exposure
* Environmental qualification testing exposure, including vibration, shock, thermal, and radiation Job Duties & Functions
* Define performance, power, and interface requirements for carrier card assemblies and document traceable specifications
* Create schematic capture, PCB layout, and bill of materials using industry-standard design tools
* Conduct simulation, signal integrity, and power analysis to validate circuit performance and mitigate design risks
* Build and evaluate prototype hardware, troubleshoot electrical issues, and iterate designs through verification milestones
* Coordinate integration activities with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering teams to ensure SWaP-C compliance
* Prepare technical briefings, design reviews, and engineering status updates for stakeholders and program leadership
* Manage configuration control, documentation updates, and engineering change requests within PLM systems
* Support environmental qualification testing, including vibration, shock, thermal, and radiation analysis TeamGlobal Benefits
