In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
•Provide technical support and expertise for our IA solutions
•Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
•Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
•Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
•2+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions
•High School Diploma or GED
•Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
