This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities
- Manage lab resources, equipment, and bench configurations
- Create and maintain configuration documentation to ensure full visibility of available setups
- Set up and maintain remote access capabilities for the lab
- Troubleshoot lab equipment, computers, and network infrastructure
- Collaborate with facilities teams to support lab needs
- Ensure continuous lab operability, occasionally improvising solutions when required
Qualifications
- University education majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in networking area (e.g., IP networking); RF and SATCOM experience is a plus
- Understanding of aircraft wiring, connectors, and wiring techniques
- Ability to produce technical drawings for lab layouts and wiring diagrams
- Experience working with facilities or infrastructure teams
- A strong collaborative approach, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
