Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time, Sr. level Manufacturing Engineer to be a Scrum Master for a team of engineers that are reengineering the way Production Operations professionals work within the product design, realization, and sustainment segments of the value chain.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure Agile user stories, features, and epics are well-defined and efficiently implemented by the Production Operations scrum teams. This position will assist in the development and deployment of capabilities within the 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter PLM systems. In this role, you will also get to work closely with cross-business teams like technology transformation leads, IT professionals, change management, and design/manufacturing/process engineers while ensuring Agile team activities are successfully completed and documented.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Facilitate SAFe Agile team task completion and process continuous improvement.
• Work with the Product Owner to remove roadblocks and obstacles for the team.
• Integrate with other scrum teams and personnel to de-conflict and coordinate development work.
• Provide additional and miscellaneous user support (OJT).
• Measure and monitor team performance (velocity, churn, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:
• General project management and/or Agile scrum master experience.

• Prior IT development project experience.

• Previous Manufacturing Engineering experience within the Aerospace industry.

•Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements, Interim clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
• Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to develop process re-engineering, drive positive change, and communicate across multi-functional stakeholders.
• SAFe Agile scrum master training / certification.
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with Atlassian Tool Products such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and/or Teamcenter PLMs.
•Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
