We have an opportunity for a senior Electrical Engineer to serve as the on-site (resident) technical support resource person for the upcoming Poland PIT-RADWAR LTAMDS WISŁA Program Identification Friend or Foe Array (IFFA) - Poland Industrial Participation contract.
This role would require up to a 3 year commitment to living in Warsaw, Poland on an international assignment with additional compensation emoluments.

What You Will Do
- Integration and test of component level and system level phased array hardware
- Some travel to integration sites, plus customer and subcontractor facilities, may be required.
- Technical assistance to the resident and flyaway Raytheon and PIT-RADWAR personnel
- Assisting local personnel with IFFA build, operation, test, analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, dealings with suppliers
- Participation/assistance in training that provided to PIT-RADWAR by the core Raytheon IFFA personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 8+ years of prior experience.
- Experience in any of the following areas: RF & Microwave System, Subsystem, Circuit, and Component Design, Analysis, & Measurement, Antenna Design, Analysis, & Measurement, Product Development
- Hands-on experience with electromagnetic/RF simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, and analytical tools such as MATLAB and Excel
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Propensity for learning through self-study, and being comfortable in a multi-tasking environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of allocating and flowing down requirements from the system to the component level
- Knowledge of cost estimating, plus budget and schedule management
- Experience in a production environment

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
