Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

This position is open as a dual level opportunity. We will consider candidates at a level 3 or level 4:

• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field, or related field and 5 years of experience OR Masters degree and 3 years of experience OR 9+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience in lieu of a degree.
• Level 4: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field and 8 years of experience OR Masters degree and 6 years of experience OR 12+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with system development lifecycle.
• Active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw).
• Familiarity with AFMS3 or related Air Force simulation systems.

Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00Salary Range 2: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
