* Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
* A minimum of 7 or more years of experience in an engineering role.
* A minimum of 3 or more years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
* Experience with avionics, cabin systems, electrical systems, structures, or systems engineering.

* Familiarity with Boeing Organization Delegation Authorization (ODA) procedures.
* Advanced knowledge of Boeing documentation, procedures, and manuals (BPM, BPI, AMM, CMM, Service Bulletins).
* Experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft platforms.
* Experience presenting to senior or executive leadership.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development.
* Ability to lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Duties & Functions
* Lead cross-functional engineering teams supporting avionics or AP&S modification projects.
* Identify technical risks, issues, and opportunities; develop and execute mitigation and resolution plans.
* Resolve complex technical challenges, including leading Technical Design Reviews (TDRs).
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address engineering issues.
* Support certification efforts, coordinating with FAA and EASA representatives.
* Partner with Program Management to develop integrated project plans and schedules.
* Assess changes to statements of work and determine impacts to scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
* Support proposal activities by evaluating certification, configuration control, and project requirements.
* Lead initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, and enhance project flow.
* Track and report engineering performance metrics.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to work onsite in an engineering and office environment.
* Must comply with standard shift schedule and onsite requirements. Additional Information
* Overtime may be required up to 20%, with additional voluntary overtime opportunities available.
