Position Title: Senior Endpoint Engineer (LSC, OSC, SSC)
Position Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to play a crucial role in enhancing our endpoint management capabilities. As part of the Workplace Technology team, you’ll deliver and support endpoint solutions that drives the JetBlue experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management, with a focus on leveraging Intune to manage iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices. The Senior Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint computing solutions to ensure the efficiency and security of JetBlue’s IT infrastructure.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain and support JetBlue’s endpoint computing management to ensure the highest availability while reducing the impact of incidents.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise as a subject matter expert on Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and endpoint management concepts.
- Design, implement, and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies using Microsoft Intune to secure and streamline device and application usage across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Autopilot and co-management SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) services.
- Manage and maintain endpoint compliance, configuration, application, and security policies.
- Recommend and implement security best practices to sustain and improve the security of all mobile devices.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.
- Document all architected designs and develop operational SPOs for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management.
