Role Summary
* In this role, you will support and integrate product and program lifecycle support activities with an emphasis on technical publications integration. You will manage support engineering data, respond to customer publication change requests, and coordinate lifecycle documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contractual requirements. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of related support engineering, technical publications, or lifecycle support experience.
* Knowledge of technical publications and technical manuals.
* Experience managing and monitoring support engineering data development.
* Experience establishing support requirements, technical objectives, and statements of work.
* Experience supporting proposal activities through data collection and cost estimating.
* The ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
* U.S. Person status for purposes of export compliance. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Project management experience supporting spaneting, operations, planning, customer-facing activities, risk management, and people management.
* Experience reviewing engineering or program change proposals and assessing product support impacts.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of email-based customer interactions.
* Experience coordinating technical data documentation and ensuring procedures remain current. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Manage, monitor, and integrate product and program lifecycle support activities, including spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance, modifications, support equipment, and facilities.
* Answer and complete publication change requests as received from customers.
* Coordinate and support the development of support requirements, schedules, reports, and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements.
* Collect and analyze data to support proposal estimates and program planning activities.
* Develop and support processes to ensure technical data and procedures are properly documented and current.
* Conduct and support presentations, status reviews, and execution monitoring of support programs.
* Support reviews of program and engineering change proposals to assess lifecycle and product support impacts.
* Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders in a highly email-driven environment.
