The Boeing Company is looking for a Systems Analyst Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position supports the Design/Build systems engineering work across the enterprise for Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E). The successful candidate will join a geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary infrastructure team that is responsible for developing and supporting engineering products used by design, manufacturing, and industrial engineers, as well as technicians and mechanics who support BT&E test labs.
This role requires a balanced knowledge of systems engineering, including systems design and architecture. The initial role will be to focus on developing a System of Systems diagram for Design/Build that can integrate with all of the pertinent IT and business systems that are part of the relevant BT&E data warehouses. This person will be creating from scratch the low-level data models, logical models, physical models, system interface diagrams, and system of systems (SoS) diagrams. They will be using DESE (Digital Enterprise Systems Engineering) to provide the full SoS solution with a single integrated model.
The ideal candidate will fill the role of Systems Integration, Verification, and Validation Engineer and help with the architecture of the overall vision planning and road-mapping activities for the Design/Build engineering solutions as well as designing and implementing the systems, tools, and processes necessary to support those strategies. This person will be a focal for the Design/Build Infrastructure team by integrating these plans with the other elements within the organization and across our business partners to support enterprise functional excellence.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads the development of Interface Optimization processes
Develops the Systems Vision Plan and Roadmap for Design/Build organization
Develops an intimate knowledge of core systems such as GOLD, VSVT, OWB, CMES, MESci, & BLIS
Coordinates with business partners to understand their engineering and operations requirements
Translates customer requirements into instrumentation solutions
Develops strategies for integrating legacy systems into next generation systems
Leads major projects by defining the work scope, estimated cost, and scheduling through the performance of risk analysis using project management tools
Supports the development of system optimization processes
Supports the Systems Vision Plan and Roadmap for Design/Build organization
Coordinates with business partners to understand their engineering and operations requirements
Translates customer requirements into architecture solutions
Develops strategies for integrating legacy systems into next generation systems
Supports major projects by defining the work scope, estimated cost, and scheduling through the performance of risk analysis using project management tools
Capable of reproducing, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues
Technical Skills:
Expert developing Systems Diagrams, including Interface Diagrams, and System of Systems Diagrams
Expert with Cameo or similar software
Experience working with engineering software
Experience running SQL commands
Experience with OAuth and SSO
Experience working with API’s using Postman and Swagger documentation
Experience with HTML and web browser dev tools to reproduce and diagnose issues
Expert data flow and data mapping skills
Working experience with Agile methodology (and Git/ADO/Jira)
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite of Apps
Experience developing/implementing new processes across an organization
Experience building relationships with internal/external customers
Experience working with customers / end users to gather and document requirements
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

Summary Pay Range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $97,750 - $132,250
Summary Pay Range for Senior Level (Level 4): $119,850 - $162,150
