Job Description:

Description:The ISE team is the only team of its kind that performs in-depth analysis to dig into the 1s and 0s of the jet’s integrated performance on mass scale. Using simulators, lab test, and flight test data, you will have the opportunity to learn about what it takes to complete the pilot’s mission and get home safely. Working with pilots and other test engineers, you will support flight test missions and lab test shifts from the control room. You will then review the data real-time and post-mission from those tests to characterize and evaluate aircraft performance in the mission to provide feedback to developers, pilots, engineers, and leadership.

• This role requires supporting creation of data analytics, visualizations, and performing data analysis on aircraft performance data from flight test, lab test, and simulators. In this role, you will evaluate the aircraft performance for use in executive level summaries and briefings for senior executives and government decision makers. You will also support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test events. You will be expected to lead teams to complete complex projects requiring coordination across multiple engineering teams, to fully analyze and characterize mission performance, find anomalies, coordinate with other engineers to diagnose issues, and be able to brief leadership and government personnel on findings.

• The position will require domestic and international travel (~25) to various customer locations, test sites, USG labs and Government Program Offices to coordinate and plan at all levels of test and integration and to observe execution of real-time flight and laboratory testing.
