* Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
* A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in an engineering role.
* Experience with avionics, cabin systems, electrical systems, structures, or systems engineering.

* Lead or support cross-functional engineering teams focused on avionics or AP&S modification projects.
* Identify technical risks, issues, and opportunities; develop and execute mitigation and resolution plans.
* Resolve complex technical challenges, including participation in Technical Design Reviews (TDRs).
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address engineering issues.
* Support certification efforts in coordination with FAA and EASA representatives.
* Partner with Program Management to develop integrated project plans and schedules.
* Assess changes to statements of work and determine impacts to scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
* Support proposal activities by evaluating certification, configuration control, and project requirements.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce cost, and improve project flow.
* Track and support engineering performance metrics.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Physical Requirements & Environment
