The selected candidate will join the ODGMJ Team, responsible for industrialization of J&T, Robotics&Automation, and Measurement Systems. Currently, we have 2 main challenges: improving the assembly and manufacturing lines to be more safe and efficient, and to prepare the Plant for the Ramp Up of A320 and A350 aircraft!
The team is multidisciplinary, we have TDE (Tooling Development Engineers), IRA (Industrial Robotics & Automation Engineers), and IME (Industrial Measurement Engineers).
We are looking to reinforce our TDE skills to face the challenges ahead, mainly the Ramp Up, for which we have to industrialize new assembly lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
Project management of J&T projects
Design of J&T
Specification and validation of J&T design
Management of supplier (design, cost, planning)
CapEx management
Stakeholder management (H&S, Unions, Prod, Maint..)

Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience: Desirable 6 years of experience in Manufacturing, working in industrialization projects.
Soft skills: Fast learning, empathy, customer focus
Languages: Advanced level in English.
Technical knowledge: advanced level of CATIA, FEM tools desirable
