Position Title: Analyst, Financial Reporting
Position Summary
The Analyst, Financial Reporting assists in the accurate and timely filing of Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory reports. In addition, the Analyst assists in the preparation of supporting schedules for consolidated monthly internal financial statements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assists in the financial reporting to the SEC on Form 10-Q and Form 10-K and any other ad hoc reporting forms that may be required
- Collaborates with Investor Relations, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of external reporting deliverables
- Assists with financial reporting to the DOT on Form 41 and related schedules
- Assists with federal and international financial surveys and regulatory reporting
- Provides support schedules for internal monthly financial statements and reporting packages
- Assists with the consolidation of subsidiaries
- Researches technical accounting issues, as needed
- Ad hoc reporting as needed; provides regular updates to team members and leadership; organizes and leads interdepartmental project teams
- All other duties as assigned
