Your Profile
We’re looking for a finance / accounting professional with a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of four years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment. Familiarity with ERP systems—particularly SAP—is important, along with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with business analytic tools like Power BI. This role will be involved in building and navigating dashboards, analyzing large datasets, and shaping data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
The right person brings a combination of technical accuracy and business curiosity—someone who can manage general ledger activity, prepare financial statements, and support audit requests, while also collaborating closely with teams across the company to present findings and influence decisions. This is a detail-focused role, but not one that exists in isolation. Success here depends on strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a genuine interest in working within a dynamic, collaborative, and cross-functional team environment.
Experience supporting monthly reporting, forecasting business results, budget compilation, and internal control processes is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality. A natural problem-solver with a sense of ownership and accountability will thrive in this role.
Your Role
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can distill complex financial data into actionable insight. This role is a hybrid of finance and accounting responsibilities.
- You will be at the forefront of our current initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities across the US region utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Your responsibilities will include income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting, month-end management reports, and variance analysis.
- You will conduct monthly balance sheet reviews and submit financial reporting packages to our group finance team in Switzerland.
- You’ll work closely with the Director of Finance to establish annual budgets, prepare monthly forecast updates, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- You’re autonomous, well-organized, and can manage competing deadlines without compromising quality.
- A commitment to Jet Aviation’s values—Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency—is essential.
