The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Material Management Specialist to join the Flight Simulation Team located in Berkeley MO.
This position is part of the Flight Simulation Labs Operations team and the applicant will be working in a fast pace environment supporting flight simulation systems through our Logistics Resource Team.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain products, materials and processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure consistent quality
Use standard guidelines to stage material, verify products meet regulatory conformance and contractual compliance
Resolve discrepancies, defects and ensure issues are identified for resolution
Create and maintain tracking data and inputs information into engineering systems
Candidate must have strong people skills, self-motivated and excellent customer relation skills
Work well in a team environment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Material Management and Inventory Control
3+ years of experience with inventory management systems or database applications
3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with product management
Experience with electronic parts and equipment
Familiarity with Lab equipment Property Management requirements
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $71,400 - $96,600
