Crew Logistics Coordinator
Based in Luton
Purpose of the role:
Organize/book accommodation and transport for all Wizz Air crew members. Assistance to / cooperate with Operations Planning Department by managing the staff’s logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Assistance to Flight and Cabin Operations invoice processing administration
- Accommodation booking / transport booking / conference and training room booking for both flight and cabin crew members and finding the most economical and best solution for the company
- Cooperation with other stakeholders to process crew related booking of accommodation and transportation
- Cooperation with the transport providers (all Wizz Air UK locations)
- Ensuring staff receives required accommodation and transport
- Collecting information and up-date the staff logistics system
- Ensuring accurate cost allocation records
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting on crew accommodation and travel costs
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work to deadlines and pay attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues
- Assertive personality, accuracy;

Requirements:
- Experience in logistics is an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience in processing invoices and controlling costs
- College/university degree.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
