Boeing is looking for an Associate Logistics Representative (LSR) in support of the F-15 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) located at Mountain Home Air Force Base (AFB), Idaho.
Assists F-15SG PBL Warehouse Lead with local process improvement activities and performs root cause analysis for inventory processes. Assists Lead with local customer inventory issues to support Boeing requirements. Assists Lead to develop new processes and/or solutions for inventory management and control. As needed, interacts with external customers and internal organizations to facilitate logistics requirements. Along with the above job duties, the selected candidate will also be required to perform any additional duties requested by the warehouse lead and/or management. Will also need to be able to work under minimal supervision.

Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer needs and/or management requirements.
Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receipt of all Performance Based Logistics (PBL) parts/assets into warehouse stock and provide oversight and accountability for all stocked items
- Validate physical part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities received match shipping invoices/packing lists – correct discrepancies
- Validate parts are received against the correct CAP orders, purchase orders, line items, repair order numbers, and segregation codes – correct discrepancies
- Organize the warehouse to accurately identify, locate, move, manage, and account for over 18,000 parts.
- Perform monthly cycle counts on 10 of consumable assets to determine inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies to program managers.
- Maintain all warehouse tools, equipment, and vehicles and ensure the safe/proper use.
- Identify parts received with improper or missing shipment documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Update/maintain Boeing Proprietary Program Property Data Bases to facilitate induction of assets into the repair cycle.
- Accurately coordinate transportation of unserviceable assets/parts to repair facilities.
- Monitor and identify assets and components delayed within the repair cycle.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by carefully inspecting and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure precise order fulfillment by carefully picking and packing items according to customer specifications and verifying accuracy before shipment.
- Issue Authority/Boeing property to the local customer using defined program processes and tools
- Assist in coordinating all local activities to prepare and ship material designated for export to Singapore
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and confidently communicate with customer, team members and leadership.
- Exhibit strong active listening skills to understand and address the needs and concerns of customer, team members and leadership.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures with meticulous attention to detail to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from clutter by paying close attention to detail when arranging and labeling products and materials.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Inventory Management & Accountability
- Minimum 2 years of experience PHS&T – Packaging, Handling, Shipping & Transportation of aircraft parts
- Minimum 2 years of experience Receipt, Issue, & Storage of aircraft parts
- Ability to lift 35lbs. without assistance
- At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customers needs and statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.
