Job Description

This position will support logistics department activities, including the reorganization of a parts room and the relocation of a department work area.

Responsibilities

• Moving product and assisting with housekeeping duties
• Assisting with runner duties as needed (delivery and pick up of product from other buildings on campus)
• Ensuring that goods are stored correctly and safely, and warehouse space is used efficiently
• Receiving incoming material into stock
• Completing order filling activities, stock replenishments, distribution, cycle counts, and shipping of products
• Timely reporting/documentation of completed shipments or material/parts issued
• Performing cycle counts without supervision
• Gathering, verifying, and wrapping & packing items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used
• Appropriately labeling container/item to be shipped with appropriate identification
• Recording received and shipped items according to established procedures
• Ensuring supply of raw materials, parts, and components to production areas according to established guidelines without assistance

• Order management
• Cycle counting
• General labor

• High School Diploma OR GED required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
