Join a Team That Keeps Everything Moving!PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our Receiving and Inventory Team in Elkridge, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material processing to ensure efficiency and compliance. What You’ll Be Doing- Use computer systems to track, log, verify, and report inventory and materials.
- Receive incoming materials from vendors and manufacturing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying special stock requirements.
- Process material receipts and pull materials to support manufacturing work in progress (WIP) and Contract End Items (CEI).
- Satisfy material requests and execute process compliance during audits.
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile stock, and process necessary inventory adjustments.
- Identify and communicate inventory loss for contractor and government-owned property.
What You Bring to the Team Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, GOLD, and ISE/CADSTAR.
- Knowledge of DD Form 1149 and DD Form 250.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, compliance, and audits.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
