STS Technical Services is hiring a Material Handler to support production operations for a growing manufacturer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a company that values reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

If you have experience in material coordination, preproduction planning, or supply chain operations—and you’re looking for a role that offers hands-on responsibility and long-term stability—this could be the perfect fit.

• Implement improvement projects at department locations with guidance from the supervisor
• Help create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for preproduction and material handling operations
• Perform audits of department areas, operations, and inventory records
• Work with vendors to coordinate the delivery of materials and address discrepancies
• Help coordinate the flow of material between company production facilities and warehouses
• Proactively identify and resolve material issues with projects in production
• Schedule preproduction assembly work to align with master schedule priorities and dates
• Work with Purchasing to source material for projects
• Work with shop floor personnel to ensure that projects are being completed according to schedule

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years’ work experience or a college degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the electrical material supply chain preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle (travel between facilities required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment or solo interchangeably
