Purpose
The Warehouse Clerk II properly maintains all records according to their assigned area; Shipping, Receiving or Tooling. Also processes orders whether incoming or outgoing, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized.
Essential Job Functions
- Receives Customer Parts.
- Packs and ships orders for delivery.
- Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Reports and returns damaged product.
- Performs weekly cycle counts.
- For assigned Tooling Clerk: Must have extensive knowledge of Aircraft Tooling.
- Maintain Calibration Records.
- Researches tooling information.
- Working knowledge of Tooling in order to communicate with vendors to acquire calibration quotes, new tooling etc.
- For assigned Receiving Clerk: Must successfully complete Inspector Training.
- Excellent and proficient written communication with internal and external customers.
- For assigned Shipping Clerk: Must acquire and maintain IATA Certificate.

- Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- Accepts deliveries of company products and stores them accordingly.
- Restocks new supplies.
- Operates forklift or other machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products.
- Uses Corridor or other software programs to record and monitor inventory logistics transactions.
- Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.
- Reports discrepancies in inventory to warehouse manager.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Three (3) or more years related experience.

- Basic Computer skills, MS Excel, Word, & Outlook.
- Basic Math skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
- Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving.

Working Conditions
The work is performed in an office environment, aircraft hangar, warehouse, at the departure gate or on the aircraft parking ramp. This position is considered INDUSTRIAL WORK which is characterized as follows.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required.
- Employees will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing throughout the day.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
- Must pass forklift certification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
