HeliService USA is seeking an experienced and dedicated Captain to join our team in Beaumont, Texas. This position requires expertise in IFR operations, NVG proficiency, and hoist missions using the AW-169 helicopter. Join a team committed to excellence, safety, and mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IFR and NVG operations in compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 regulations.
- Perform hoisting missions in the offshore environment, adhering to company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Ensure operational readiness, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections, mission planning, and risk assessments.
- Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) while fostering a culture of Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- Maintain compliance with HeliService USA policies, FAA regulations, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Possible Work Hazards:
- Exposure to high noise levels from aircraft operations.
- Proximity to moving aircraft, ground support equipment, and vehicles.

- Slip, trip, and fall hazards within hangar and ramp areas.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, including repetitive motion tasks.

Benefits: This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as voluntary coverage options such as life, short-term disability, accident, and cancer insurance. Employees are also eligible to enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan following the standard waiting period (effective the first of the month after hire). Paid time off (PTO) for 14/14 schedule employees is 10 days annually, accrued throughout the year, and prorated during the first calendar year based on date of hire.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. Additionally, $60.00 per diem given per day on shift
