Schedule: Monday–Friday Second Shift, 3 PM–11 PM
Pay Rate starting at : $26.52 per hour
About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Aerospace Products Repair/Modification Technician to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute directly to the repair, modification, and validation of aerospace components that keep mission critical systems operating safely and efficiently. Your work helps ensure reliable performance for advanced aerospace products used around the world.
What You’ll DoAssist with the disassembly of system components to correct failures or implement design changes.
Support basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify mechanical or electrical faults.
Perform validation and verification tests on systems and components.
Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to engineering specifications.
Assist with tasks related to the safe handling of aerospace hardware—such as jacking, towing, and system operations.
Follow detailed work instructions while maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality.
Work under supervision while building skills in technical repair and modification processes.
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
Ability to work off shift (2nd or 3rd shift).
1+ years of experience using tools and following written work instructions.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work with beryllium and/or other chemicals when required.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred QualificationsExperience inspecting parts, assemblies, or components.
1+ years of soldering and assembly experience.
1+ years using handheld and/or power tools.
Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience performing tasks under a microscope.

Pay Details: $26.52 per hour
