Aircraft Paint Mechanic

Job Description:

Become an integral part of airBaltic’s technical team and help keep our fleet looking its best. In this role, you’ll use your skills to prepare and paint aircraft surfaces and parts with great precision. Enjoy a hands-on job in aviation with exciting benefits along the way!

We will entrust you to

Prepare aircraft surfaces and components by sanding, stripping, degreasing and other methods to ensure optimal paint application

Paint aircraft and their components with precision and attention to detail

Apply protective films, placards and spanings on aircraft and their components

What you will need to succeed

Secondary or vocational education

At least 2 years of experience in automotive or industrial painting

Ability to work in shifts (including nights) and as needed for operational demands

Good command in Latvian and basic knowledge in English
