Job Title: Avionic Technician
Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking two Avionic Technicians to support our contract with AW. The ideal candidates will have experience in avionics installs and wire harness fabrication, primarily working on AW139 helicopters.
Responsibilities
- Perform avionics installs and wire harness fabrication.
- Troubleshoot and maintain avionics systems.
- Repair and overhaul avionics equipment, including transponders, Navcomms, radars, and DMEs.
- Work on Garmin, Honeywell, or Cobham avionics systems.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure aircraft safety and functionality.
- Work overtime as needed.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of experience in avionics.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of avionics systems.
- Relevant field experience with helicopters is a plus.
- Ability to work with a mix of experience from corporate, commercial, heli, or military backgrounds with FAA experience.
- Possession of basic tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience on Garmin, Honeywell, or Cobham avionics systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in repair of transponders, Navcomms, radars, and DMEs is a plus.
- Experience with AgustaWestland, Bell, Sikorsky, AW139, Eurocopter, Airbus, Boeing, Falcon Jet, Honda Jet, Learjet, Phenom, Cessna, Citation, Bombardier, Embraer, and other aircraft is beneficial.
- FCC license and A&P mechanic certification are advantageous.

Work Environment
Our facility is an MRO and Completion Center specializing in maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation support. The primary facility is based in Bensalem, PA, next to AWIs main production plant. The work environment includes using advanced technologies and equipment to ensure the highest standards of aircraft safety and functionality. The position may require working overtime and having access to basic tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
