As an Assembler Process - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products according to standardized work instructions and quality standards. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Freeport, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently. You will contribute to the overall success of the production team by meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble products according to standardized work instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of the production team.

The hourly range for this position is $41,600 ($20/hr) - $44,720 ($21.5/hr). Please note that this compensation information serves as a generalguideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • No specific educational degree required.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
