We are actively seeking skilled aviation maintenance professionals for multiple clients across the Phoenix, AZ metro area. These are exciting opportunities to work with leading aviation companies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $25 – $50 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
Location: Phoenix, AZ Metro Area
Job Highlights:
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of aircraft engines and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
- Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) operations as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely aircraft readiness
Qualifications:
- Valid A&P License (for applicable roles)
- Proven experience in engine maintenance or inspection
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends for AOG support
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
