As a Building Automation Field Service Technician I here atHoneywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support andservice to our customers in the business unit. You will be accountable fortroubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipmentinstallations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Yourtechnical expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role inthe success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. Youwill report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of ourlocation on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency,productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptionaltechnical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for ourcustomers
• Conduct equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customersatisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of service activities anddocumentation

The annual base salary range for this position is $38,200 - $47,850. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HVAC or BuildingAutomation field service or a related technical role
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevanttechnologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts tocustomers
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintainrelationships
