You will be accountable fortroubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipmentinstallations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Yourtechnical expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role inthe success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. Youwill report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of ourlocation on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency,productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptionaltechnical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for ourcustomers
- Conduct equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customersatisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service activities anddocumentation
The annual base salary range for this position is $38,200 - $47,850. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HVAC or BuildingAutomation field service or a related technical role
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevanttechnologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts tocustomers
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintainrelationships
