Position Overview

PDS Defense, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Archbald, PA. This role involves assembling and wiring precision electro-mechanical components used in aerospace and defense systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Build and wire assemblies and subassemblies with precision.
• Support the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies.
• Operate specialized equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing tools.
• Assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies.
• Perform detailed soldering on micro and sub-miniature components.
• Interpret and work from diagrams, schematics, drawings, and operation sheets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with wire harness print reading.
