We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians and avionics specialists supporting turboprop aircraft operations. You’ll take ownership of daily maintenance execution, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performing team that delivers top-tier results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Operation
- Own all maintenance and avionics activities—inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and return-to-service
- Drive daily workflow, labor planning, and scheduling to hit delivery targets
- Partner cross-functionally with quality, parts, and operations teams to keep everything moving
Ensure Compliance & Quality
- Maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations (Parts 43, 91, 145)
- Ensure accurate documentation and audit-ready operations at all times
- Oversee tooling, calibration, and overall shop readiness
Build & Develop a Strong Team
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of approximately 15 technicians and leads
- Create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Support skill development and career progression across the team
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce turnaround time
- Use data and root-cause analysis to solve problems and improve performance
- Recommend upgrades in tooling, equipment, and workflow
