Maintenance Technician 1 M/F

Job Description:

•tInstall conduit for newly installed machines and using hand tools
•tTrouble shoot and repair/replace mechanical equipment.
•tAssist with retrofitting outdated lighting throughout the building.
•tAssist with maintaining HVAC/RTAC units.
•tAssist with repairing HVAC/RTAC units and Air Handler units on roof top
•tAssist with repair and replace VAV box heaters, motors, and controls
•tSet-up of various types of production equipment (including: DMS & Thermwood CNC machine, Oil heaters, Dust collection system, Presses, etc.)
•tPerform equipment and building maintenance PMs.
•tPerform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment
•tAssist with all types of building maintenance

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 0 - 1 years
Computer Skill:
•\tBasic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Skills:
•\tRequires little to no experience
•\tConducts routine tasks as directed
•\tAccountability – takes responsibility for own actions and results
•\tCollaboration – Establishes collaborative relationships to achieve objectives
•\tCommunication – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
