In this hands-on role, you’ll support daily production activities, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and high?performing manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do- Install and maintain production machines, systems, and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery during active production to minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance during planned service windows.
- Complete basic machinist tasks and mechanical repair activities.
- Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to diagnose and correct equipment issues.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical documentation, and work orders.
- Replace or repair faulty parts, test machine functionality, and make necessary adjustments.
- Use a wide range of hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material-handling equipment.
- Identify faulty operations, defective materials, or unusual conditions and report them promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety policies.
What You Bring- Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or industrial mechanics.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge.
- Skill using tools such as wrenches, drills, meters, and various shop equipment.
- Ability to read and follow manuals, work orders, and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay Details: $28.75 to $28.74 per hour
