JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & COMPETENCIES:
- Assembly of detailed components, installation of sub-assemblies, and final assembly of helicopters using basic hand tools and custom assembly fixtures.
- Operate equipment such as drills, rivet guns, and torque wrenches in accordance with safety procedures.
- Knowledge of aircraft avionics systems and related testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and company literature related to aircraft assembly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including production records and inspection logs.
- Basic mathematics skills including but not limited to: adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for calculating material fabrication.
- Full compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
